Used Pallet Racking Uprights From Pallet Racking Systems
Extending a warehouse? Replacing a damaged section? Fitting out a new site? Buying used uprights is a practical way to keep storage costs down. We supply used pallet racking uprights in a range of heights and depths. You can match the racking you already have, or build a new run of bays without paying for new steel.
Our stock covers frames from several well-known brands, including Dexion, Apex, Redirack and Stow. Each manufacturer uses its own hole pattern and beam connector. We help you check compatibility before you buy, so what you choose works properly with your beams.
Sizes, Heights and Depths
Used uprights come in many sizes. Heights run from low-level frames to tall warehouse sections. Depth is usually matched to your pallet size, and 900mm and 1100mm are among the most common. The right choice depends on your pallets, the number of beam levels and the clear height of your building. Send us your measurements and we will confirm what is available.
Matching Your Existing Racking
Adding bays to an existing run? Compatibility is the most important check. Beams and uprights need the same hole pitch and connector style, which usually means staying with one manufacturer’s system. Note the depth, post profile and beam type of your current racking. Or send us a few photos and we can usually identify the system for you
What To Check Before You Buy Used Uprights
Used items show some marks, scratches and colour variation from previous use. What matters is structural condition. Bent or twisted posts, damaged bracing and distorted footplates are all good reasons to reject an upright. Damaged sections should not go back into service. Our guide to the signs your pallet racking is damaged explains what to look for.
Capacity and Safe Use
Load capacity depends on the upright, its height, the bracing and the number of beam levels. Always check it against the manufacturer’s load data for that system. Racking should be fitted by competent people and inspected regularly by a competent, independent racking inspector. We can advise on what suits your pallets and building before you commit.
Need beams, repairs or installation to go with your uprights? We can help with those too. If you are clearing a site, we also buy second hand racking. Call 0800 085 8117 or request a quote with your sizes, and we will confirm what is in stock.
